By using the Yaqeen Application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all policies established by the application and platform. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using the application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, Conditions, and Policies from time to time. Therefore, you are responsible for reviewing them periodically. We are not obligated to notify you of any changes made to these Terms, Conditions, or Policies.

As part of our commitment to making Yaqeen a platform you enjoy visiting regularly, we welcome all comments and feedback regarding any of the policies or rules outlined below.
A user must create an account to engage in any activity on the Yaqeen Application. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves and keep such information updated. Users must safeguard their account password and must not disclose it to anyone under any circumstances. Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, including any damage caused to us or third parties resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
2. Account Sharing ProhibitionSharing your account login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. If it is determined that you have shared your login credentials, you acknowledge and agree that you will bear all legal consequences resulting from this violation. Yaqeen Platform and Application reserve the right to permanently suspend your account without prior notice and without any obligation to refund any amounts paid. Furthermore, Yaqeen reserves the right to seek financial and/or non-financial compensation for any losses and/or damages resulting from the sharing of your account credentials.
3. Intellectual Property and Content ProtectionIt is strictly prohibited to save, share, publish, or distribute any content from the Yaqeen Application outside the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, visual content, audio content, written materials, lectures, lessons, examinations, exercises, questions, assignments, educational resources, files, and attachments. If it is proven that any content has been saved, downloaded, shared, leaked, or distributed outside the Yaqeen Application or Yaqeen’s Telegram groups and channels, you acknowledge and agree that Yaqeen has the right to take all necessary legal actions against you.
4. Respectful ConductYou have the right to provide feedback about instructors honestly and transparently, provided that such feedback respects their dignity, feelings, public morals, and the platform’s rules and regulations. Users must respect and appreciate all efforts and refrain from insulting, mocking, belittling, ridiculing, or showing contempt toward instructors, fellow users, or services provided by the platform. The platform reserves the right to suspend your account without refunding any previously paid fees.
5. Scope of Instructor ServicesYou acknowledge and agree that instructors are only obligated to provide educational instruction according to the academic curriculum approved by local universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including any updates or modifications thereto. Additional services such as review sessions, previous exam questions, summaries, and other supplementary materials are considered optional services.
6. Subscription DurationYou acknowledge and agree that the subscription period for a course is limited to one academic semester. Access to all course content will expire on the last day of the semester according to the official academic calendar of local universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or after the periodic examination, whichever applies. You also agree not to transfer, share, or disclose any content obtained during the subscription period. If it is proven that you have published any course content after the subscription period has ended, you agree to bear all legal consequences.
7. Course ComponentsEach examination component has its own designated content. By subscribing to the Final Examination component, the platform is not obligated to provide access to previous periodic examination components or their explanations. Access to previous course explanations requires a separate subscription to the relevant periodic examination components.

If your complaint concerns educational content, please first contact the relevant instructor. Many issues can be resolved informally through discussion and clarification. Complaints should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the issue arises to facilitate prompt resolution.
If the complaint concerns technical issues, please contact us through the Contact Us form and include "Complaint" in the subject line. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
Step TwoIf you remain dissatisfied after completing Step One or after contacting the responsible person directly, the complaint may be formally escalated through the next step.
